TERMS OF SALE (SINGAPORE)

Regarding order

  • Item and deposit will be forfeited if there are no attempts to collect the items/remains not contactable within a month of notification. We may exercise leniency. 

  • All items/shipping cost are quoted in Singapore dollars, S$ / SGD

  • Price/stock always fluctuate, pm to check, we dont jack up prices just because you messaged us.

  • Once deposited, price paid for the item is locked, price and stock availability will still fluctuate if deposit is not placed soon after being quoted. Exception may apply and will be informed if there is.

  • Deposit will not be refunded if customer wishes to cancel the preorder.

  • All electronic items will not be under any warranty, we will not be responsible for malfunction of any kind the item has.

  • Brand new sealed item refer to item that is not used. It does not mean item will be in 10/10 prestine condition, It doesnt always means it will be sealed as there are cases where manufacturer did not seal it in the first place.

  • Stock image may not always reflect actual product, when it doubt, ask using that chat provided.

  • There will be around 3-4% + flat amount transaction fee for credit card/Paypal purchases

  • In the rare case that we are unable to fulfill your order, we will refund your deposit

  • Price listed are item price, does not include shipping to your address, there will not be shipping fee if you opt for collection

  • All Prize figure will all be assumed to be general sales version

  • Customers that made orders using cards(debit or credit card etc.) straight away without checking with us if stock is available or if theres any price changes may not receive a full refund if cancellation is required. This is due to the transaction cost impose by the service provider. 

Regarding Video Games

  • PS4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch do not have region lock. There usually will be DLC lock on PS4 or Nintendo Switch. It can be easily bypassed/redeemed by creating an account with corresponding region. If there are no special request for region of the game, the choice will be up to our discretion. (Will still have English language)

  • For Preowned item, items (PS4/Switch) will be tested before sending out. We will not cover for any damage for preowned items.

  • Case and cover art damage will usually not be covered, we may exercise flexibility if its bad enough

Regarding Delivery

  • We are not responsible for lost mails or items damaged during delivery, we will provide help for claims for lost registered items.

Regarding items

We'll do our best to pass you the item at the best condition but refund may not be entertained for damages. We may exercise replacement if the item is damaged on arrival from suppliers to us(provided item has box windows) or refund if replacement is not possible. Items from B'Full/FOTS/Insight umbrella is excluded. Item box condition is also not guaranteed.

In any case there is any manufacturer compensation, bonus etc.  DOES NOT mean you will be able to enjoy such benefits/rights because you are not buying directly from them, do contact us to check if we are able to make the arrangement and not demand that we are oblige to do so.

Sometimes there may be listings with incorrect descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, availability and information. It can be wrong info given by suppliers or typo. We reserve the right to change the correct information and should you have placed order on it, inform you on the changes and check if you would want to cancel or continue with the order.

  • Deposit will not be refunded if customer wishes to cancel the preorder.
